Routine.

 There was this article i read a while back which was called ''skilled at life'' and in this article they talked about all the reasons routine is good for you, and i read this and did some extra research and if you look at people like Robert Kiyosaki, Iman Gadzhi, Warren Buffet amongst many things they have in common having a daily routine is one of them .The advantages of having a routine is that we become more efficient because it saves us the time of planning out our day. Another was that it creates structure in our lives and by having structure you get discipline as well which are qualities you need if you want to become wealthy or just live a happy, comfortable life. The secret to building good habits is repetition, it not only helps you build good habits but also breaks bad ones. The reason i am talking about routine is that all these successful entrepreneurs i read about or listen to on a daily basis all talk about how making the money is not always the most important thing but how getting yourself equipped to be able to make, grow and keep the money you want to be making. This really made me think about how i have been living my life on a daily basis, and ive started to change small habits everyday and i can truly say that this has helped me think clearer about what i want in life and how i will be able to get there.  

Passive income

 The basic definition of passive income is an income that requires minimal effort to obtain and is the opposite of active income. For example things like rental properties, partnerships or enterprises which one is not really involved in daily, investments are one of the biggest sources of passive income with the least effort. As i have mentioned earlier you need a source of income that makes you money while you sleep, for example i have an investment account at Nedbank which grows every month by a certain percentage or you buy shares in a large company which can pay you dividends every few months. These are only a few examples of passive income there are many more which require minimal effort but can generate you thousands of dollars monthly. In Namibia its much harder to generate money online than it is in the US but it is not impossible, all you need to do is do your homework well and you could be generating a extra source or two every month. Another example i would definitely advise you to do is look for a company you believe is thriving financially do your research about that company and their profit margins then you buy stocks in that company. MTC recently released their own stocks which you could buy for a minimum of N$700 and since i bought then they have been paying me every few months. The most important thing about passive income is that you need to do your homework and be consistent with it then the money will come easily. Starting is always the hardest part.

 Iman Gadzhi a young entrepreneur always says that never forget to enjoy your youth and that our 20s and 30s are there for us to have fun make mistakes but most importantly its there for us to learn and also build a future for ourselves and our future children. Nother thing he mentions which really stuck by me was that for you to accomplish your goals you should not only think of the end goal and then think its to far for you to reach but what you should do is change daily habits for you to in the end reach your goal.By just starting small you will eventually reach the goal you want but the important thing is to start. Another role model of mine Robert Kiyosaki a very well known author, entrepreneur and business man says in his book ''Rich Dad Poor Dad'' that rule number one is that rich dont work for money, that really sat with me and i never really understood what that meant until i started reading and listening to him more and what that means is that you should let money work for you by creating passive income, things that make money while you sleep. Many people think that enjoying your youth means going to parties and drinking but to me it is building a future for myself and the people around me and that can only happen if a start to make a difference in my life, once you start the rest will just come naturally.

Easy Money

Just a little back story about myself, in about grade 11 i started to realise that i had a lot of wants and my parents did not feels they were needs so somehow i had to start making a plan to afford all these wants i had without asking my parents for money. This is were my journey started, i started to look for opportunities to make extra money and a stumbled upon a lady selling good quality soccer shirts so i linked with her and we made a deal that she would bring in the clothes and i would sell them at my own price and that is how i started to make my money. I believe i our modern society it has become easier and easier to make money, even if it is just an extra N$ 500 every month. Im going to talk about all the different ways one can get a second or even third stream of income every month. Who am I ?

 Hey guys my name is Matthew 'Mattboy21' Mouton and I'm just another university student who loves sports and just being adventurous  and a guy who wants to help you make money. I'm a second year communication student at the Namibian University of Science and Technology (NUST). Like most people I have a little side hustle which is a mobile carwash called M&M carwash, which my best friend and I opened in 2022.At first it was just for some pocket money but later we realised that we could have great success with it and later in 2022 we invested in our first vacuum for the business and ever since we have just been trying to keep the hustle alive. So that's just a bit about me and I'm just here to talk about how important financial literacy is and just overall ways to make money passively whether it is online or hard labour.
